Loose hair near the croissants... I asked for a hot glass cappuccino and it arrived lukewarm in the cup.... I asked for a simple croissant to fill and they replied it's already there with the cream, take that (I ate myself what they said without satisfying me) I was asking for another croissant because he was serving me and he gave my croissant to someone else replying there is another one!!! also there are other pastry shops in fact you won't see me again, rude and without professionalism
